im sorry to say, the trans will go eventually...sorry to say the stock 5-spd when pushed too hard will go faster...so im not too sure what your plans for the car will be but if you drag or push it hard often be prepared for another 5-spd down the line. there are things in the works to alleviate this but until then we just deal with it. Anything built up for high boost, hi power, hi torque will break faster than stock, yes even your engine im sorry to say but thats just the sad fact, i dont forsee built longblocks to last past 100k compared to some OEM longblocks lasting 200k due to the beatings most built longblocks will take. this is just a major generalization i can't predict everyone's long term reliability but don't let that scare you from doing what you want to do, i myself am building up my longblock as well as probably going with the gt675 kit, i don't mind a lil more lag for more power :D its obvious the ht600 will be less laggy but with manifolds you combat a bit of the laginess...anything bigger than the gt675 kit though will cause more lag that some people might not want.
